The weather is frightful... It's snowing and 15.6 degrees... my kids havne't had school for two days due to the frigid cold temps.
I still remain diligent working on patterns. I've got to work the bugs out of some I've been working on... they're just not quite right. I keep getting puckers and wrong counts... before I present them to you all, I want them to be workable by others.
I've also been doing a little doodling on some pictures for a Wiccan coloring book with a story line. Hopefully when it's finished it will be a good tool to help educate our children about Wiccan beliefs. I realize there's an extremely broad spectrum, but I'm trying to find things that are generally accepted by most or all of us. My desire is to make this a free tool available to all who want it. I'm hoping to put together a "multi-trad" series, so that they can learn about other traditions as well. If anyone would like to be part of this please shoot me off an email or message. :)
I'd like to start a childrens book series. I've got a few ideas and some basic story lines laid out. I'll keep you up to date on how this project is working out.
Soon I will be launching a website. It will have the coloring book(s), basic information, items available for purchase, free patterns for crafts & crochet as well as purchasable ones... My sister & I are working together on the crafting aspect of this project.
More updates about these things will be soon, but in the meantime if you desire to have a part in anything mentioned here let me know. :)
Hope y'all stay warm
Laurel
